Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") establish the conditions for using the regular delivery service of cup noodles provided through [Shicou (
至高)] (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). Customers utilizing this Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Details)
This Service delivers cup noodles regularly every month to locations outside Japan. Deliveries are scheduled around the 15th of each month.

Article 3 (User Registration, etc.)

  1. User Registration
    Users shall complete the designated procedures to register for the Service. Users guarantee that the information provided during registration is accurate. Registration must be performed by the User themselves, and proxy registrations are not permitted. Additionally, customers under 20 years of age may register and use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  2. Management of Member ID and Password
    Users must manage their Member ID and password responsibly. Transfer or lending to third parties is not permitted. The company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from such transfers or lending. Furthermore, the company assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from third-party theft.
  3. Prohibition of Sharing Member ID and Password
    Member IDs and passwords may not be shared among multiple users.
  4. Obligation to Update Registration Information
    If there are any changes to the registered information, the User must promptly update the registration details.
  5. Cancellation of Membership
    The company may suspend the provision of the Service and cancel the User's registration without prior notice if it determines that these Terms are being violated.
  6. Deletion of Member Information
    The company may suspend the Service and cancel User registration without prior notice if there has been no usage for a certain period or if necessary for system maintenance.
  7. Disclaimer
    Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the company, it shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Article 4 (Shipping Fees)
A shipping fee of $20 will be charged separately for using this Service.

Article 5 (Payment Method)
The payment method for this Service shall be by credit card only.

Article 6 (Cancellation)
Users may cancel the delivery for the next month by submitting a cancellation request by the end of the previous month. Cancellations will be accepted via email or the designated form.

Article 7 (Cancellation via Shopify)
Users can log into their Shopify account and cancel through the subscription management screen.

Article 8 (Cooling-Off Period)
Users may exercise their right to a cooling-off by notifying within 15 days of receiving the product. If you wish to use the cooling-off, please provide the information used during purchase.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of this Service, except as required by law.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
These Terms may be revised as necessary. Revised Terms will take effect at the time they are posted on the website.

Article 12 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

Article 13 (Jurisdiction Agreement)
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Procedure
Users who wish to cancel the delivery for the next month must submit a request by the end of the previous month. Please log into your Shopify account and complete the cancellation procedure through the subscription management screen.

How to Cancel via Shopify

  1. Log into your Shopify account.
  2. Access the subscription management screen.
  3. Complete the cancellation procedure to ensure that you are not billed for the next delivery.

Cooling-Off
If you wish to exercise your cooling-off right within 15 days of receiving the product, please make sure to submit your request. You will need to provide the information used at the time of purchase.
